Sowing Pepper Seeds:
Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date, 1/4" deep. Germinates in 2-4 weeks at 65-80 degrees. Transplant outside 2 weeks after the last frost date. Space plants 15" apart. Full sun.
