This is the largest pepper I've ever seen. The huge fruits have been known to grow up to 12" long. They are produced in abundance. In long-summer areas, they can ripen to red, but they remain light green in my zone 5 garden.
Giant Aconcagua is known for its exceptionally mild flavor. It's the perfect pepper for those who don't like the bitter aftertaste of most green peppers.
