HomeChinese Green Noodle is the first long bean we tried, and we are crazy about it! The beans can grow up to a yard long, but they should be picked at around a foot long, while still young and tender.
Check them every day so they don't get away from you! The plants are highly productive. Just a few plants kept us picking almost daily until hard frost. Versatile and tasty in many different recipes.
Sowing Long Bean 'Chinese Green Noodle' Seeds
