HomeSummer Savory is an annual herb with a peppery flavor that is good in dishes with beans or meat. It can be used as a substitute for sage. The flavor is sweeter and more delicate than winter savory. It is an ingredient in Herbs de Provence.
Begin harvesting when the stems are 6" long. Harvest frequently for bushy growth. Summer Savory is used both fresh and dried.
