Aunt Molly's ground cherry has yellow, marble-shaped fruits with a pineapple-like flavor. They can be eaten fresh, made into jams or pies, added to salads and stir-fries, or dried like raisins. Aunt Molly's ground cherry is sweet and flavorful. Children love it!

Ground cherries should be eaten when they are fully ripe and have turned yellow. Harvest them when they naturally fall off the vines.

Give ground cherries well-drained soil without fertilizer. Culture is similar to tomatoes. Can be grown in containers.
