I love the stunning color of Allium 'Purple Sensation' so much that I planted it on both sides of the path in my old-fashioned rose garden. It's a joy to walk along the path in late spring to early summer.
Allium aflatunense 'Purple Sensation' has vivid balls of purple flowers on tall stems. It attracts butterflies and beneficial insects at a time when there are few other flowers in the garden.
