Strawflower is a popular dried or "everlasting" flower that is used for crafts. This mix includes double flowers in shades of red, orange, yellow, crimson-violet, pink, salmon, rose and white.
Strawflower isn't bothered by hot and dry summers. It blooms late in the year, so it's best sown early indoors in short summer areas.
Pick strawflowers before they are fully opened. The flowers will continue to open as they dry.

Sow indoors 6 weeks before the last frost date. Or sow outdoors after the last frost. Sow on the surface, pressing seeds into the soil. Full sun. Easy to grow.
