This is simply the most beautiful eggplant I've ever grown. The 8" x 4" fruits have glowing, lavender-rose skin and sweet, white flesh. The flavor is very mild, making it perfect for all sorts of recipes.
Rosita is an heirloom eggplant developed in Puerto Rico in 1944.
