Zinnia 'Red Cap'

Wow! What a color. Zinnia 'Red Cap' has small pom-pom style flowers in a stunning shade of fire-engine red. The relatively short, bushy plants bloom continuously from midsummer to frost.

'Red Cap' is a rare zinnia from Russia that may have disappeared from commerce. I've kept it going by saving seeds. My original stock came from Seed Savers Exchange.
