Tomato 'Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye'

'Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye' tomato produces lots of 8 to 12-ounce, wine-red fruits with metallic-green stripes. The rich, sweet flavor makes it one of my favorites.

'Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye' is a famous introduction from Brad Gates, who says it beat 'Cherokee Purple' in a farmers' market taste test. It also has the advantage of being earlier and more productive.

Sowing Tomato Seeds

Start tomato seeds indoors 8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow 1/8" deep. Transplant outside 1-2 weeks after the last frost date. Full sun. Spacing 30-36".
