Howden's Field is the standard jack-o'-lantern pumpkin, featuring beautifully ribbed, deep orange skin. It is perfect for pies and soups. The large fruits weigh up to 25 pounds, and each long vine produces 1 to 2 pumpkins with excellent storage quality.
Howden's Field pumpkin was developed by John Howden of Massachusetts in the 1970s. Open-pollinated.
