Pepper 'Giant Aconcagua'

Giant Aconcagua is a huge, 11" by 2.5" pepper with a fruity flavor. It ripens from green to yellow, orange, and red. Pick the fruits when you can feel a bit of softness (before the bugs eat them). They are wonderful fresh, stuffed, fried, or roasted.

Sowing Pepper Seeds

Start pepper seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow 1/4" deep. Transplant outside 2 weeks after the last frost date. Full sun. Spacing 15".
