Aquilegia 'Crimson Star' is an impressive columbine with bright crimson-red flowers that have white corollas and showy golden stamens. It is a good variety for attracting hummingbirds.

Crimson Star columbine produces bushy plants that are vigorous and free-flowering. The flowers are great for cutting.

Also known as Aquilegia x hybrida 'Crimson Star' and Aquilegia caerulea 'Red Star'. Deer resistant. Hardy perennial in zones 3-9.
