Chamomile comes in annual and perennial varieties, both of which can be used for tea, although annual varieties taste bast. They self-sow nicely.

Sow chamomile seeds outdoors after the last frost. Or start indoors 6 weeks early. Sow on the surface. Full sun to part shade.
