This large beefsteak tastes as good as it looks. It may be the best yellow-orange tomato I've ever grown. I just wish it was earlier. Potato-leaf vines.
Summer Cider produces 1-2 pound, apricot-colored fruits late in the season. They have a sweet and fruity flavor and a creamy texture. I can't seem to find any background information on this tomato. I just know that it's a rare, open-pollinated variety.
