This is one of the best-tasting tomatoes I've ever tried. The medium-large, rounded beefsteaks are a lovely shade of pink. The flavor is well-balanced, sweet, and slightly tangy. If only it would ripen sooner! It was very late in my zone 5 garden, and the productivity was rather poor. Southern gardeners may have better luck.
