This attractive, Roma-type tomato has thick flesh and a lovely pink color. It is one of a series of tomatoes developed in the former Soviet Union and introduced to the U.S. by Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. The series also includes Black Icicle and Orange Icicle.
Pink Icicle begins ripening earlier than the average paste tomato, but production is rather slow. Excellent flavor.
