Martino's Roma produces abundant clusters of 2-ounce, red fruits with rugose (puckered) foliage. Good flavor.
Unlike most paste tomatoes, Martino's Roma is resistant to blossom end rot and early blight. This is a determinate variety, which makes it nice for canning. The only drawback is that it's very late to ripen in northern climates. But the high productivity makes up for it.
