An intriguing little tomato with a fun name. The cherry-size fruits are a deep mahogany color. The flavor is rich and sweet. The fruits had a tendency to crack in my garden, but this didn't interfere with the quality.
Haley's Purple Comet was introduced by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms. It originally came from Cherokee Purple.
