Heirloom Tomato 'Green Zebra'
These 2-3 oz. fruits start out light green with dark green stripes and mature to amber-yellow with green stripes. The flavor is uniquely zingy and difficult to describe, but quite tasty. It's much better than Red Zebra.
Green Zebra was developed by Tom Wagner of California and introduced in 1985. So it's called a "created heirloom".
