This is an unusual tomato. The cherry-size fruits are green as grass, developing a slight amber tint when fully ripe. I wanted to try this variety to see what was meant by "clear-skinned" and "frosted" in the description. It is interesting to see through the skin.
Green Doctors Frosted is a mutation of Green Doctors, which is a sport of Dr. Carolyn, the ivory cherry tomato that was named after Dr. Carolyn Male. It is a highly productive tomato, but I don't care much for the flavor, which is mediocre. Late to ripen for a cherry tomato.
