This is one of the yummiest tomatoes I've ever eaten. I like it better than Brandywine. The huge, pink beefsteaks weigh 1-2 pounds and have a slightly smoky, sweet and tangy, well-balanced flavor. You could make a delicious BLT with this tomato without the bacon!
