When I first saw this variety in my garden, I thought, "That is one ugly tomato." But after tasting it, I decided to grow it again the next year. The bright, lime-green flesh has a delicious, sweet and tangy flavor.
Cherokee Green is a mutation of Cherokee Chocolate discovered in Craig LeHoullier's garden in 1997.
