Belize Pink Heart has medium-large, burgundy-pink fruits with the delicious flavor that is unique to heart-shaped tomatoes. However, I think that the texture is a little fibrous. But this isn't a problem if you are blending it for sauce. It is a productive variety, which makes it good for canning.
This rare tomato was introduced by Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. It was discovered in the town of San Ignacio, Belize.
