This is a good, old heirloom tomato. The deep red, medium-size fruits have an old-fashioned, tomatoey flavor and are produced in abundance, making it a fine canning variety. The plants are vigorous and healthy.
Abraham Lincoln was introduced by Buckbee Seed of Rockford, Illinois in 1923. It's shown in this picture with Tomato 'Babywine', Cucumber 'White Wonder', Bean 'Oregon Blue Lake', Kale 'Red Russian', and Cucumber 'Lemon'.
