Silene 'Jack Flash' is a rare perennial with star-shaped, orange-red flowers with jagged petals. It blooms for most of the summer. Hummingbirds love this plant!
Silene laciniata is hardy in zones 6-9, but it usually overwinters in my zone 5 garden. Also known as Red Catchfly, Mexican Catchfly, or Silene 'Starburst'.
