Shipping and handling rates:
$2.95 on U.S. orders below $10
$3.95 on U.S. orders from $10 to $49.99 (includes tracking)
$4.95 on U.S. orders from $50 to $100
$6.95 on U.S. orders over $100 (includes insurance)
$4.95 on foreign orders up to $100
$14.95 on foreign orders over $100 (for priority mail)
We use a PayPal shopping cart because it's safe and secure. You don't need a PayPal account to use it, just a credit card. Alternatively, you may order by mail. We ship by first class mail within 3 business days. Foreign orders are shipped within 7 days.
Please don't ask us where your order is until 3 weeks have passed. We replace domestic orders that are lost in the mail, unless it is the customer's fault for providing an incorrect address. If you have a tracking number, please use it to locate your package.
Attention Foreign Customers: We do not replace foreign orders that are lost in the mail, which happens frequently in some countries. Order at your own risk. Orders over $100 require priority mail to minimize risk.
Backorders: We don't do backorders. If an item is out of stock, your money will be refunded.
Ordering by mail:
We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). No foreign checks, please. Foreign money orders must be made in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Please add $2 to the total on foreign money orders for our bank's processing fee.
1. To order by mail, print or hand write your order, including the number of packets for each item. Total the order, then add shipping (see the table at the top of this page).
2. Print your name, address, and e-mail address or telephone number.
3. Make checks payable to Diane Linsley (not Diane's Flower Seeds). If using a credit card, print the card number, expiration date, and security code (the 3-digit number on the back of the card). Include the billing address for the card, if it's different than the shipping address. Mail to:
