Diane's Flower Seeds: Guarantee
Our seeds are guaranteed to be true to type. All seeds are tested for germination. Germination rates are over 70% for most seeds, but some species normally have lower germination rates. We do not sell seeds with poor germination rates. However, some seeds are difficult to grow, and we cannot guarantee that you'll be able to grow them. That depends on your level of experience and other factors beyond our control. We do not replace seeds that fail to grow. If we provided an unconditional guarantee, we would have to raise our prices, which would be unfair to most of our customers.

If seeds are damaged in the mail, we will be happy to replace them. We do not provide cash refunds, and we are not responsible for more than the price of the seeds.
