Summer savory is an annual herb with narrow green leaves and small, pale lilac flowers. It is used in egg, meat and bean dishes, as well as salads and stuffings.
Summer savory is traditionally combined with rosemary, thyme and oregano in Herbs de Provence. It's easy to grow in well-drained soil.

Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Or sow outdoors after the last frost. Sow on the surface. Thin to 6" apart. Full sun.
