This wonderful little shade plant is related to the ever-popular Jacob's Ladder. But instead of having bowl-shaped, blue flowers, it has long, trumpet-shaped, pale yellow flowers with red highlights.
Polemonium pauciflorum is a short-lived perennial. Hardy in zones 5-8.
