Gaillardia 'Burgundy' produces lots of 3" wine-red flowers. It has a long bloom season starting in mid summer and continuing into fall if deadheaded. The daisy-like flowers attract butterflies and beneficial insects.
Gaillardia 'Burgundy' is a native wildflower with an informal, southwestern look. Also known as Indian Blanket Flower. It looks great in the wildflower garden or border.
Gaillardia x grandiflora 'Burgundy' is tolerant of heat, drought and poor soil. Deer resistant. Hardy in zones 3-10. Also see Gaillardia aristata 'Bremen'.
