Gaillardia is a native wildflower with daisy-like, scarlet flowers edged in yellow. It gives the garden a casual, southwestern look.
Gaillardia 'Bremen' is a tall selection, perfect for the middle of the border. It's great with other wildflowers, perennials and ornamental grasses. Also known as Indian Blanket Flower. Hardy in zones 3-10.
Sowing Gaillardia Seeds:
Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Or sow outdoors after the last frost. Barely cover the seeds. Full sun. Self sows.
