Digitalis purpurea 'Excelsior Hybrids'

Digitalis 'Excelsior Hybrids' is a mix of pink, purple and white, bell-shaped flowers. The tubular flowers bloom in early summer and attract hummingbirds.

The long-stemmed flowers of Foxglove 'Excelsior Hybrids' are good for cutting. But I prefer to keep them in the garden where they stand out like exclamation points, providing height and interest.

Also known as Digitalis purpurea 'Excelsior Mix'. Biennial or short-lived perennial. Plants are poisonous. Deer resistant. Hardy in zones 3-9.

height 3-4'
