This new dianthus is not really blue, but a nice shade of lavender-purple. The upright, bushy plants bloom for a long time in mid summer.

Dianthus 'Siberian Blues' looks great in cool color schemes. Mine are planted at the edge of an old-fashioned rose garden. Also known as Amur Pink. Hardy in zones 3-8.
