Rocket Larkspur produces tall spikes of flowers in shades of pink, purple, blue and white. It blooms in early summer, and it self-sows where it is happy. It prefers well-drained soil in full sun to part shade.
Larkspur germinates best in cool weather. It makes a great companion plant for poppies and roses. It is excellent for flower arrangements. Native to southern Europe. Also known as Consolida ambigua or Consolida ajacis.
